Today started at 5:45am for a 6:30 game drive while still in Erindi. And ended at 10pm after having driven to Etosha, bought groceries for 5 days, and enjoyed an evening at the watering hole.
Biggest highlight was seeing our first rhino, about 5 minutes into Etosha. Also just crazy landscapes here.
I'm happy to be in the truely wild national park (before was in a very large managed game park - which had upsides & downsides).
Also, loving Maps.me. They gave great offline maps, with really helpful details like campgrounds. Think it's based in open street maps. Highly recommend.
