Just a small strength session today as it's an easy week - warm up plyometrics and lunges, 3 sets of olympic lifts and a few sit ups and abs bits.

Very short recovery run - nothing to recover from really but keeping in with the weekly pattern! Managing to move a bit more quickly up the hills at 144 than I was a few weeks ago.
