Was supposed to be doing 7 miles slow then 4 miles at marathon pace, but as I'd only remembered the 7 mile marker in my head and I must have been feeling good I accidentally ran the first 7 miles at marathon pace instead. Ooops. Hopefully won't suffer too much next weekend.
