Neighbourhood run as the teeny amount of snow fell. It's very cool to be exploring somewhere new. Figured out a new approach for the paper I came up here to write whilst out there - running is good. My HR strap clearly needs a new battery, HR is not right.

Started HIIT on a bike but it was obvious very quickly that my thighs were not up to that today, so switched to the worst rowing machine in the world. Feet kept loosening out of the footholds and it was a bit frustrating. Not as much fun as the awesome music blasting bike session of a few weeks ago. But it's done.

Been going to bed way too late this week. Need to figure this out. But when I work too hard I don't think about Donald!

Very easy run to work in the snow with a heavy backpack. Things are very messy at work right now. Actual important things thrown at me with 24 hours notice, leading to long hours working into the evening, and this morning I took some time for myself, and it was good.

Wowzer, 5 sets of deadlifts makes this workout last a long long time! Up to 125#, up and controlled down - very different to CrossFit style up only ones. This is a hard long session, but presumably good!
