Ran to work from the physio appointment. Nothing majorly wrong with the knee at all - it is less stable and the muscles are tighter - so strengthening and foam rolling and a bit of stretching and should all be grand.

Neighbourhood run which felt a lot harder than it should have done for the speed. Didn't get much sleep as landlord got in touch super early to figure out how to find someone to fix the heat - was grateful for the rush! We have a broken extractor which will hopefully be replaced tomorrow, as long as lots of other people don't need to same part when the factory reopens in the morning.
