Orienteering 1:28:58 [3] 11.0 km (8:05 / km)
ahr:162 max:184 shoes: 09 Saucony Grid

Tried to do a Long O on Loch Vaa and Docharn but without controls I was just useless. First time on a 1:15 in over a year, complex contours I struggle with at the best of times...then physically just wasn't up for it either. Bagged 1 fine, stopped short of 2, got 3 & 4 fine, loved the control pick from 5-8 but no flow, then re entered the tough stuff and just couldn't get it to make sense, got lost, it started raining more, so I jacked it in and ran for 2km on a bearing to the big track. Bit of a poor show really, but at least I wasn't in the lab.

Orienteering 1:04:27 [3]
ahr:171 max:193

Night O at Anagach. Good fun, but not easy to see the controls, was in the feature for a while a couple of times. Ran with Helen, we took different routes between but generally congregated in the rough vicinity of the control going "I'm sure it's supposed to be here." It usually was. Apart from the 2 or 3 times it wasn't. Great fun!

Running 33:16 [3] 3.9 mi (8:32 / mi)
ahr:150 max:173 shoes: 09 Saucony Grid

Rainy jog to Ana's from work. Got lost in the Bonnington Bermuda triangle again. That place makes no sense to me whatsoever.

Running 45:52 [3] 4.9 mi (9:22 / mi)
ahr:164 max:187 shoes: 09 Saucony Grid

Ran into the lab. Didn't want to get up today and managed to pack an extra heavy bag to run in with, yet still forget to pack any tights. Chilly! Felt grotty whilst running but good to get a few miles in before a long lab day. It was sunny too!

Cycling 45:00 [2]

Into work and back.

Running 55:04 [3] 10.0 km (5:30 / km)
ahr:156 max:182 shoes: 09 Saucony Grid

Nice jog with Kir to try and destress after a dreadful day. It worked.

Yoga 30:00 [0]

...or at least it worked for a while, but I couldn't sleep and noticed my Yoga book had a section for sorting sore backs. As that's verry much what I have (stupid pipetting) at the moment, I did half an hour of that and then was relaxed enough to get to sleep.
