No sign of full out cold, but I am headachey and sleepy enough to not go to the mythical Trout Brook with the super training kids today.

In other news, our apartment is totally set up apart from the kitchen Island Stenstorp. Photos will be posted!

Evening run round East Rock, starting with Boris and Kat and finishing with just Boris. My legs are moving without pain but they are still pretty dead. Luckily Boris had plenty of good chat and the time passed quickly. Gorgeous evening. Now, shower and food!

Tired today but my legs almost work again. Got into work for a busy day to find someone had switched off my heatblock overnight. I have no idea how long my incredibly precious samples have been heated for, they have been at room temperature for an undetermined amount of time...not only do I now have nothing to do this morning, but a really serious experiment might be completely wasted. Grrrr.

Edit: samples fine, finished prep at 10.35pm. Bleurgh.

It may not be much, but I'm proud of getting out today. A run home from the lab, at 10.40pm. The air was wonderfully cool and clear though, and it was great. All the muscles that stabilise my left ankle and knee are sore. Everything else is pretty much recovered now.

The forecast for today is gross, and I have a dentist appointment at 9, so I was out the door at 6.30 this morning, and very proud of myself. Did 30 mins of 90 (30s) with a warm up jog before and after. The reps weren't all out, just mini wind ups. The wind ups felt better than the rests. My legs are still wrecked :) It was really gross even at 6.30 in the morning, so I'm glad I'm done for the day now.

Recovery jog in the evening with Rob. It was a bit stop start and I forgot to restart my watch at one point. It was very sweaty and my legs hurt a lot. Hopefully they will feel better tomorrow.
