Yey! Run with Kir! Up to her flat and then up to the top of the Seat, which we managed to time perfectly so we hit the top during the 10 minute horizontal hailstorm. Fantastic to be out again with a very old friend.

Kate persuaded me out for a run on a soggy morning. Time went quickly with plenty of gossip, and despite a couple of mishaps on the way back down a soggy Blackford Hill, we were at the Co-op before we knew it.

Quick touristy jaunt around Edinburgh when we arrived on the train. Man, have I missed this place?! Despite the rain and wind it was great to be out. I tried to do today's WOD when I got back, but the heart wasn't really in it, and I carried a heavy bag for ages so that'll do!

Soggy run to the waterfall and back. I've now almost run the whole 360 degree circle from home, mostly on paths, and it's really pretty cool. One last section to do tomorrow. The weather is clearing a little and there was actually some blue sky today, but it's still exceptionally muddy on the ground.

Up on the moor. A bit of a view today and not actually raining yet. I love being up there. Still incredibly muddy.

Woo, tough. 50 squats, rest 2 mins, 10 press ups and 10 squats thrusts 5 times every 90 seconds, rest 2 mins, 50 lunges, 25 burpees. Really hurt!
