Danced into the early morning to one of the worst DJs known to man at Kelly's wedding last night. It was awesome.

Cross Fit! Skipping drills, max effort box jumps, then a work out of box jumps, weighted bear crawls, pull ups and double unders. Fun session, and nice to do it early.

I did the running thing! I was slow, but free, and it was very nice. A should have been non-existent serendipitous orange line shuttle popped into view just as I was feeling tired, and I rode the bus the rest of the way to work.
