Ian jog (TM) after a really fun evening at the Yale Summer Cabaret. Excellent show. Jog suffered slightly from post ice cream-ness. No interesting animals to report.

Short run with 3 x 3 (1) mins tempo. HRM seemed to be behaving, then didn't go back down after rep 2. Soak it again tonight I think. This was hard, today was the first proper humid summer's day that I have trained in.

Had a lovely time in Maine. Apart from the driving days we were walking at an easy pace the whole time, and I slept for around 15 hours on one of the nights. Was awake without an alarm at 7.30 this morning, for the first time in a long time.
