Explored Lower Paugusset - what a beautiful piece of woodland! The trail blazing is a little haphazard in places which led to some cross country, but all in all, pretty lovely day out. George, I would love to see the Lidar if you have access to it! Not as technical as Upper Paugusset, but very pleasant.
Nah, not quite right yet. Didn't sleep last night and tried to sleep in as I have a 6pm meeting tonight, but Rosie decided that was not the plan as soon as Rob left. So will cycle or walk in and leave it at that.

Felt pretty bad this morning so just went for a recovery HR run. That felt fine. About an hour later I felt really rubbish and came to work from home. Hurumph.

Finally made it till the end of the work day without feeling utterly worn out and headachey, so did very slow recovery run and it felt okay. Happy to be back on the up.

Session 3 for last week's Freeletics. Did the 2x2 version inside as it was dark and that was the wrong decision - the sub version was much harder! Felt better than I expected after the last few days. The truth will be in how I feel tomorrow morning I guess.
Rob and I both got a virus which gave us a banging headache and left us with not much energy. Slept over 10 hours for three nights in a row, still feeling sluggish today.
Note
Felt better until about lunchtime then very tired again. Another 10 hours required tonight I guess!
