Note

I am never organising a training meet with an RSVP ever again.
6 PM

Intervals 33:01 intensity: (26 @0) + (43 @1) + (6:06 @2) + (15:15 @3) + (10:31 @4) 5.88 km (5:37 / km) +34m 5:27 / km

It's all about the psychology right now. Can't deal with the logistics of finding a track I can run around, and I can hear Kitch saying that's not what I need right now anyway. So I tried crazy Foxdals instead - 13 minutes of 15s x 15s. Heart rate never recovers so I think it's a pretty good workout. And you can always do 15 more seconds.

A recovery run to hopefully start the week off right.

Cross Fit 27:16 intensity: (3 @0) + (7 @1) + (7 @2) + (8:45 @3) + (18:14 @4) 2.65 km (10:16 / km) +25m 9:48 / km

Freeletics. Apollon is not nice. My 400m runs were not flat and not fast, and lost time to putting rucksac on and taking it off again. Not as bad a time as I feared it would be!

Rubbish walking 2:00:00 [0]

Explored Lower Paugusset - what a beautiful piece of woodland! The trail blazing is a little haphazard in places which led to some cross country, but all in all, pretty lovely day out. George, I would love to see the Lidar if you have access to it! Not as technical as Upper Paugusset, but very pleasant.

Maybe turned a corner on this now? Perhaps?

Note

Nah, not quite right yet. Didn't sleep last night and tried to sleep in as I have a 6pm meeting tonight, but Rosie decided that was not the plan as soon as Rob left. So will cycle or walk in and leave it at that.
10 AM

Recovery 33:07 intensity: (24 @0) + (2:51 @1) + (26:55 @2) + (2:57 @3) 4.98 km (6:39 / km) +43m 6:22 / km

Felt pretty bad this morning so just went for a recovery HR run. That felt fine. About an hour later I felt really rubbish and came to work from home. Hurumph.
