Note

This is going to make Kitch laugh - was feeling much better yesterday, but then stayed up half the night because Derek the rat was really ill. He was super dehydrated and cold, so we had to spend a couple of hours rehydrating him. He's not himself this morning, but he is a bit perkier. I am therefore tired and the whole house ha to be cleaned for the arrival of Rob's parents!

Note

Okay, the 12 hour sleep on Monday night obviously meant I felt extra chipper on Tuesday. I am very tired now and baseline snivelly, so I am going to take it easy for the rest of the week, stick to strolling in the warm sunshine.

Recovery 39:57 intensity: (57 @0) + (5:01 @1) + (33:59 @2) 5.93 km (6:44 / km) +58m 6:25 / km
ahr:138 max:148 shoes: Neon sauconys

Took the first mile easy to check I felt okay and I did (10 hours sleep may have had something to do with that) so sped up to normal snail's pace. It was too warm out there for December.

Cross Fit 33:32 intensity: (5:00 @0) + (48 @1) + (5:13 @2) + (22:31 @3) 0.61 km (54:42 / km)
ahr:152 max:174

Ugh, I hate Aphrodite. There was nothing I could do today except watch my ghost run away from me, but happy to keep this under 30 minutes. Not bad for a not good day :)

Note

I was hoping to shuffle when we got home today, but I have a scratchy throat and five hours sleep and so I'm going to bail. Hopefully be all normal tomorrow.

Long run 45:57 intensity: (26 @0) + (35 @1) + (3:20 @2) + (32:28 @3) + (9:08 @4) 6.18 km (7:26 / km) +198m 6:25 / km
ahr:166 max:184 shoes: Shiny red Sauconys

Final run from home before heading home, in the end of storm Desmond. We didn't get anything like the worst of the water, and the brook at the bottom of the village was actually nowhere near as full as I expected, so I got to go to the waterfall then back over the moor. Not feeling very sprightly but loving being out.

Running 3:09 intensity: (5 @0) + (34 @2) + (1:20 @3) + (1:10 @4) 0.46 km (6:51 / km)
ahr:165 max:179

1/5 Hera - barely worth starting!

Running 11:04 intensity: (4 @0) + (3:11 @2) + (3:50 @3) + (3:59 @4) 1.65 km (6:41 / km)
ahr:163 max:184

Some freeletics reps to finish. I picked up an adorable puppy on the final one, and I hope it found it's way home. So good to be sliding around in the West Yorkshire mud.
