Inspired by Alex and Zan, a jog up to the Observatory to work out somewhere nice outside.

Did the Freeletics warm up, and it felt okay. So then did the shortest workout I know - Metis Endurance version. Despite stopping for about ten seconds every time my HR hit 75%, I equalled my PB. So I guess I am getting better!
Other Freeletics peeps - what are your favourite super short workouts? I should attempt too much this week!

Max 75% HR today just as the light was dying. Did 4 x 30 second wind ups, but just cruise, not pushing. All of this felt surprising okay. Will see what HR thinks tomorrow.
Due to Spring break our holiday is a road trip and not the calm, collected two destination idea we'd planned.
We're all booked with hotels so this plan is not flexible. I know I know there is not anywhere near enough time to do everything in each place, we know that!
So, I want to hear the must sees/must dos for these places!
Great Sand Dunes NP
Mesa Verde NP (no tours in winter, lookouts only)
Monument Valley
Zion NP (we might try the Wave lottery at Vermilion Cliffs, as we're staying in that town - I never have any luck at lotteries so it likely won't happen!)
Bryce Canyon NP
Capitol Reef NP (drive through probably)
Moab (Arches and Canyonlands)
And finally George, you must know a good restaurant in Vail for dinner on the way back!
