I don't have any enthusiasm for any of this. Especially not talking to my fourth university campus about team trials sprints. I have the least enthusiasm for that.

Left some bread to rise, then ran up to West Rock once the rain had finished. Saw two turkey vultures really close up, that was cool. Saw an angry dog closer than I would have liked. It's owners kept hitting it after it went for me, and I felt sorry for it. Then met up with Rob and had a bit of a walk. Very pleasant relaxing afternoon.
