Note

Very tired the last two days but in my limbs, not so much in my head, so that's good. Happy to chill out this week - my personalised Girls Gone Strong Training Program starts next week, and I'm really excited!

Easy run round the neighbourhood. My legs are tired!

Tried three different workouts and stuck on the third, Athena endurance. Couldn't manage the coach workout. Some good abs stuff though.
