Note

I've been feeling off all week and sleeping badly. Slept a bit better today but still a bit headachey.

Note

I can't make my mind up on this autumn's big meets. Anyone want to persuade me?

Strength 47:57 intensity: (36:41 @0) + (6:03 @1) + (4:53 @2) + (20 @3)
ahr:110 max:153

Headed to the gym after work and did the upper body session. It was full of knuckleheads. But I got my session done okay.

I am not happy that the humidity is back. Just in time for the weekend!

Alex, come back from Sweden. I want to do something fun!

HIIT on the crappy Airdyne at Yale gym. Won't be doing that again!

I cycled to the next State Park. It was very overgrown, full of insects, and quite rubbish.

Dealing with the DOMs this morning. Tried to go down to the waterfront, but the road to IKEA is closed so that was no good. Should cycle out to East Rock for these runs!

On the way back I saw the weekly Planned Parenthood Protest and counter protest. This being Connecticut they are all so civil to each other that unless they're currently holding a placard, you can't tell who to high five and who to scowl at.

Then in Wooster Square Park I saw a confused looking Woodpecker wandering around with the sparrows. I got a gourmet ice pop from the Farmer's Market for breakfast. It's okay because it had yoghurt in it.

Already pretty scorching at 8 o' clock.
