It's the autumn! The sun is warm but the breeze is cool and it is AMAZING! Although my nose is streaming, but looking at resting HR that's allergies, not illness.

And a sneaky final HIIT for this training block. Next week is rest week, so no HIIT at all, just shortened gym sessions and easy paced short runs.

Total body day. Couldn't motivate myself to leave the house, so worked out at home with 15# and focussed on form. Better than nothing at all. Still tired and glad to have a weekend at home.

Not really HIIT but the finisher for the total body day. Did star jumps instead of skipping.
