Easy cycle to Whitneyville and back to buy lamb. Everyone was really happy to see me there! It was nice!

Then a bit more running. Throat a bit sore today. George has come to stay from Australia and he's sick, I'm hoping to avoid it but maybe won't manage. Legs are very stiff today, not sure why. Always feel worse at the end of a recovery week!
