Managed to mostly mimic upper body day at home with dumbbells and an exercise band trapped in the door. Went for an East Rock hike with Rivka this morning and feeling a bit less tight and icky after sitting down all Christmas.
"HIIIT" session. The weather was foul so I did a bodyweight exercise one, and my HR doesn't really go high enough to be called a true HIIT. But got a sweat on, which didn't seem likely at 4pm after a day looking at the very cold rain!

MIC "long run" actually starting to get a little longer. A little left knee niggle by then end. Christmas in VT was not at all active but I did cook almost every meal, so I ate well.

Felt pretty stiff with lack of movement and terrible mattress for the past couple of days. The gym is closed so a home version.
