Leg day - deadlifts felt much better today. Didn't go up in weight and focussed on bracing core.

Followed by the total body strength session. Finally felt ready to go to work after that, where I was confronted by a good but also stressful thing that I just got finished. Still, my experiments have been on hold for some time now!

Very easy run to work in the snow with a heavy backpack. Things are very messy at work right now. Actual important things thrown at me with 24 hours notice, leading to long hours working into the evening, and this morning I took some time for myself, and it was good.
