Mobility and leg strength.
I definitely definitely have something really wrong with my right side. It's likely the same thing that has always been wrong with my right side, but trying to nail technique on things like one legged russian deadlifts really highlights it.
Once I'm settled up north and not spending enormous amounts on realtor fees I'm going to try to see a good physio. Who's the amazing guy in Boston everyone likes?
Then I'm going to save for a new garmin too - grrr!
