I found my HR band but I guess it didn't work. The cats were nuts all night and woke me up four or five times. Slept in this morning and feel tired.
Today's DB domination was Traction. I need to dig out something to use as a box for step ups and incline things. Everything body weight today - the up and down press ups are really hard!
Really enjoying these little workouts - the barrier to entry is low and I think they're good.
Mmmm...all the stings have swelled back up again today. I should really go buy some antihistamines. I wish it was cooler outside. Are we really going to make it to November without really properly needing a jumper?

Orienteering at Noon Hill. The weather broke just as I started and there are few things I like more than orienteering in the rain. I was still shattered after 12 hours sleep this morning, so I picked the Brown course. Bo did a really great job of planning and I really really enjoyed it. I stopped at each control and made a full plan, so at least well relatively smooth through the leg, which felt better as the course went on. I messed up going round the base of the hill, which I always do. And then as I was leaving the penultimate control, I ran through a wasp/hornet net and got stung twice! I sprinted away, then ran back up after finishing to try to tape off the area. I never saw the actual nest but I got stung a bunch more times!
I as very glad I had a good time out there. Tingled all the way home and well into the afternoon.
Hung out with Alex for a couple of hours, which was really nice, then wanted to eat a Dairy Milk but did Dumbbell Domination instead. It was quite hard, but I felt much better than yesterday.
Easy early morning run around some still gritty parts of LIC. Good to stretch the legs. Talk and meetings all day went really well, but my word I am ready to sleep for a week.
