Note

If we were to take a long weekend to Orlando to see a Falcon launch and it gets rescheduled, what else might we do instead? We are not theme park people and the Everglades is probably too far. Ideas?!

Spent all today working on finishing up my R course project. It was good to not do anything that required going outside. I slept till almost lunchtime, so I clearly needed it. Back to it again tomorrow!

Got home from a day of Corn mazing and did DD. Throttle workout with 15#.

These workouts are starting to feel a little too easy perhaps, but I only have two more weeks left in this block, so will continue at this level then move up. Do need some heavier dumbbells for sure though!

Easy cycle in and out. I left work sleepy and was still sleepy when I got home - so I skipped Dumbbell Domination for an evening on the sofa. I think I definitely overdid it a bit on Wednesday :) But it was fun!

Rest day! Got a lift from Rob into work then walked most of the way home. Nice to be a bit lower tempo.

Lots of cycling today, all soggy. Into work, out to the Fells, than back home up the huge hill in Medford. Very tired by the end. Glad I took the mountain bike in the damp.

Hanging controls just before dark. Started out well then stopped being able to read the map on the run as the light failed. Really enjoyed being out in the glorious autumn colours. And got back at the perfect run time - 43.43.

Into work, over to Cambridge for the afternoon, then home. Warm and windy by the way home! Took it easy and legs feeling much better.

Went for a run around the Fresh Pond roads with Rob. It was really nice and the warm windy weather reminded me of Edinburgh.
