Our new Team at MGH is doing the Walk to End Alzheimer's. It's run by an excellent charity that provides care to people with the disease, and funds a huge amount of excellent research across the USA. There's no physical feat from me or anything, we're just walking as a group, but if you feel that it's a worthy cause, I'm fundraising here: http://act.alz.org/site/TR/Walk2018/General?px=148...
This new workout block is much more fun than the previous one!

Recovery run towards the Hormel Stadium in Medford, where I'm volunteering at a back to running course for people who've had a traumatic brain injury. It was fun, and nice to do something a bit different. Running was sticky and grim, and this week is only going to get worse.
