Note

Look who it is! This was just tweeted out by Deray, a crooked media podcaster and huge Black Loves Matter activist.

Final spin around the moor - sorry to be leaving. Home is a fantastic place for trail running. Cold still seems to be on the edge of really turning into something - maybe I will escape?!

Note

Who knows if I'm getting ill or not - my head feels solidly full of something but it's not developing yet. Ho hum!

It's taken so long that I'm almost back in the USA again, but today I think the back to Britain cold has finally arrived. Boo hiss!

Woke up at 7.40 this morning without an alarm, so figured I'm starting to feel better! Run on the moor which was tough at the start but got easier. Great views, bit blustery!

Still worn out today - sticking to strolling in the lovely sunshine.

Not my finest ever performance - shoulders are really sore from carrying a too heavy bag everywhere for 4 days.

Note

Had a nice lie in this morning then spent the whole morning with Mum making apple juice with home grown apples. It was fun! And tastes delicious. After that took a stroll with Dad around the Moor, who's up to an hour of walking on tricky ground and still doing remarkably well. Then wandered over to Jen's to deliver her some "sleepy juice: (Nyquil), because she's got a terrible cold. Felt a bit too delicate to run today but it was lovely to be outside plenty on a glorious autumn day.

I kid you not, manually pressing apples is hard work!
