Explored a little further on my Saturday run. Felt stiff at the start but good by the end. Ran along Collins Cove - it will be good when I can go a bit further and explore the peninsula towards the beach. We took Euan on Friday morning to dip his toes in the sea and he was intrigued. Chatted at me all the way home in the car so clearly we need to do new things more often!

Early morning run in the cooler mist to look for ducks. Instead we found the angry goose family who chased us away when we tried to feed them (with bird expert recommended seeds, don't worry!).
