30 days of Yoga in the bag! Never made it to the end in thirty days before. This is some kind of achievement.

Despite putting together the best month of training in years, I am piling on the pounds being back on the pill. So over having no good contraception methods. Considering going back to the IUD and seeing whether third time is the charm after the first two both got embedded.

Longest run in a wee while, felt good! Legs tired at the end from all being on the road. Got a handful of nodes left in Poppleton and then I'm going to struggle to find places to go on the short runs! There is an annoying single node left in today's business park where my signal went janky at exactly the wrong moment. Such a weird combination of old villages, new developments and business parks around here. Very different to home. Still lots of flooding around too.

Almost completed Poppleton now - one more two miler next week should do the trick.

The Hal Higdon plan is really working for me, with this stacking runs at the end of the week and having a light start to the week. It has been feeling very good, and then today my watch beeped and told me my VO2 max is back up to "Superior!" It's not been there for a very long time.

Let's see how sustainable this is after two week's quarantine when we return!

Shuffle run! I got much closer to my zen today - turns out it's easier on a sunny day when you have removed one of your biggest work stressors (thanks Pia :) ). Ticked off some nodes in the next village over but one evaded me because my 2G internet barely works, and I couldn't load google to match it to reality. Next time node - I'll get you!
