Thought I'd finished off Poppleton but turns out you had to run into the field at School Lane to get that node! So at least there's one more easy to reach node before I have to start missing out on new territory on these short runs. Legs felt stiff today after the longer Freeletics yesterday but the cardiovascular stuff is feeling really good. I really hope I can keep something going once we head back to the States. I did find out yesterday that current rules say only hard quarantine for 7 days if you get a negative test at 5 days, which is great. We won't go inside anywhere till 14 days but I can at least start running again at day 8. This is of course providing we don't catch anything on our way over :s

A very welcome short ditty on neck and shoulder stretches. If I had infinite time I would do this every day.
Pretty meh session interrupted by little man coming back from the park and getting upset because he was no longer at the park. He could sit in the swing all day I think. Quarantine once we get back home is going to be so fun :s
