I am not the strongest I’ve ever been but I am the best at yoga I have ever been. I’m still not very good. But feeling the progress is really encouraging.

Rob dropped me off in central York and I was reminded what a beautiful city this is. Lots of people out and about for such a bitterly cold day. I was hoping to bag some historical locations on City Strides, but the streets are too narrow and the buildings too high, so my trace skips over the rooftops! Will just have to go much more slowly down the Shambles next time, and linger in the open at the street's end! Then back up north through some delightful terrace houses, and finally the strange little business park/village that is Clifton Ings, before hitting the Rawcliffe river park and walking home the rest of the time. My legs felt heavy in the latter half - I think they are missing the variety of up and down. I remember this from my marathon training.

Yup, I am definitely getting bored of running round here now. Tomorrow is a 5 miler so I think I will see if Rob can drop me off in the town centre and then I'll run back. Lovely crisp day though.

70 sprawls was not a thing I wanted to do today but apparently I did it.

Two miles to catch the errant node in the business park that eluded me thanks to a jump in my trace last time. It was still snowing on and off. Very strange weather for York.

Turned off my video and muted my mic and did my workout whilst watching a presentation. It was an excellent combination and a very good presentation. Still feeling a bit sluggish and not too far past lunch, so took this one slowly.

Yoga not with Adriene. Her guest talked about feeling the cosmic force of the universe and I did not appreciate that.

Not a good run. Set out with Euan in the stroller in the bright sunshine, then it turned into a blizzard with no warning. I thought that the cover on the stroller was good, as I could see the snow moving around it, but it was also funneling snow inside. Cue very unhappy little man who I carried back until Daddy came out and picked us up in the car. He is too heavy to carry for long without assistance these days! He cheered up right away but I felt bad.
