Note

Really worn out this weekend. Some nice walks but nothing else, not even bedtime yoga.

I am really looking forwards to an actual holiday when this is all done.

Thought the river was finally down enough to try to path that my app said existed that linked the flood plain to the business park. It did! But you had to climb through a big scary looking gate under the railway. Wasn't going to turn back by the time I'd made it that far though. I think today was my first day in Popp without at least one node. But it was a run mostly on paths! Which makes up for it...

Back to grant writing. Ugh.

Out to bag another boring lane to nowhere. The hedges along it were absolutely chock full of birds so it was more fun then I expected. I then made the terrible decision to return along the main road, as the verges I could see were nice and wide. They did not stay that way and there were a couple of scary mins and moments I had to stop and shove myself into the hedge. Won't do that again.

Had a very meh day about everything today. Skipped run to try to work, hit a brick wall, and gave up for the rest of the day and went for a walk with Euan to a very big puddle, which is always the right decision. Managed to do yoga despite not wanting to and it flew by, so I was happy I did.
