Rob went for a hair cut during nap so I went out when he got back and kept it snappy, looping around the graveyard. It was a gorgeous spring day today and lots of people were out taking in the migrating bird. The turtles are back on their log, which means we are officially in spring! This felt like harder work but not surprising since it was after a pretty thigh heavy Freeletics.

To Alumni Hill Drive, which was just exactly at the 3 miles of run I had planned today. Running actually felt fantastic and easy, although it wasn't the best part of Salem and there was a bunch of stop starts at traffic lights. Alumni Hill Drive was just a short road up the hill to one of the campus buildings at Salem State - not much doing!

Then I walked home via some of the bike path and it felt really nice to move a substantial amount today.

Starting back at the beginning after a stressful few weeks. A baltic short run around the graveyard - hoping this is the last properly cold day of the winter now! Euan is at daycare for three hours today and they managed to change things around so he could go back into class with his buddies. I hope he does okay! Rob said he remembered the place the second they arrived in the car and remembered the head teacher at hand off, so I hope that's a good sign.
