Note

Nursery just sent Euan home with chickenpox. He has had one round of vaccines when we were in the US and I can find one spot. They said he was itching but he hasn't itched once since he got home. They won't let him back without GP approval and our GP is of course closed for staff training.

I am very over this. Very very over it.

I think/hope I am over this bug now. Did a low HR run and it felt just fine - quite stiff after all this inactivity, but not chesty and out of breath. Downhill all the way to get a single node on Bedford Street. The sun was just coming out and it felt like spring. Really good to move.

Selected a beginners plan on Fiit to try to ease back into some strength. This was fun, not too difficult but still useful. That high HR is spurious from the FIIT HR monitor fighting with the Garmin one (which was alone in another room).

I really hope I'm on the mend now.
