Running around a school field. Was not up to it, but came third in category behind Y11s

Shutlles x3, rest after each rep whilst two other teammates completed. Worked out roughlt double rest, single run, but was still out of breath

Easy Orienteering - small miss on 8th control but found it within 20secs - didn't read the detail well but read the contours when a bit unsure and found control quickly after that
