Toll Loop. First time in ages round the regular road loop. Nice easy pace with no efforts. Not too bad, legs seemed to be moving ok. Left knee ok and no worse afterwards despite feeling sore the past week (even though no running- what causes this pain!?)

Original Kilps loop; up the main track and round to Greenside Reservoir then back over the Slacks. First hill run since before Canada (about a month ago). Nice to be back in the hills. All seemed ok, obviously not super fit but moving along ok and no serious aches or pains. Left knee ok, left ankle a bit sore over uneven ground (from turning it at Borrowdale at beginning of August).
