Travel to Flitwick for long weekend visit and Cambridge. Took running kit but decided to enjoy the days off and hope the rest would be useful- not really too inspired to run round the fields or roads.

Tried to keep the pace a bit higher on this run, not just jogging- tempo?

Had to work to keep the pace up but felt ok.

Coledale Horseshoe CW.

Fair bit of snow made for slow going, quite a bit of trudging and not much fast running. Nice fun descent of grisedale pike- lower portion of this would be good for descending reps.
