Been meaning to try this for ages as the gradient is well suited for some descending reps. Plan was to do 5 reps, keeping the uphills consistent but not flat out and pushing the pace on the downhills. Aiming to try and improve downhill speed and leg turnover which I know is a weakness.
First three reps were good but could feel my left big toe joint by the third so called it there as it has been feeling better- no need to over do it. Legs, hamstrings particularly felt ruined from Thu night still.
Good wee session, Binsey is ideal for reps, about 10 mins up and perfect downhill for practising some faster running.
