felt easy going at the beginning but noticed I got quicker and HR went up past recovery HR. Need to slow it down tomorrow. Run did not feel as controlled as I would have liked it. I put this down to being tired and still bombed out from yesterdays effort. Need to see how I feel later, tired, irritated etc
