| Event at Manawarra/Prelinna. Ran W21AS. Thought I'd try and take the interesting way to number 3 but nav wasn't up to it. Somehow managed to run up the wrong creek (that I had identified as the risk but still wasn't careful enough) and couldn't really see the veg the way I was expecting. Other than that an OK run. Legs felt pretty good but I held back from trying to run too fast. |

| Walked around the Wilpena Creek map with Sus and Sis, giving Fern a few pointers and checking out the map. Didn't want to run because knee a bit dodgy after St Mary's hike, and legs a little tired as well. |

| From Rawnsley up the road for 45 mins then back. Put in a bit of effort, but wasn't trying to break any records.
Also a 2 hour easy hike with the folks. |

| First run before brekkie for ages, and it felt like I wasn't really in control of my legs. Ran over to Frank Smith park and was gonna do the intervals I skipped last night but legs still a bit stuffed. Did one lap fast and then 4 half laps fast, with a half lap recovery and then a run back home. |

| Easy cruise down to Brighton, then along the coast to Henly and up the linear park to town. Took a little longer than I expected, so I was so hungry by Henly that I stopped for lunch. Had a proper cheese and salad roll (with sliced cheese, lots of salad, beetroot and no mayo) and a Balfours lamington whilst sitting by the beach. Nice.
Legs felt a bit tired so I skipped the 6pm intervals session I had been planning to go to. |
