run 1:08:00 [3]
slept:7.0 shoes: nike air pegasus

getting up this morning was very hard but probably worth it. bridget ran with me so i wouldn't get lost so i tried to keep her in sight most of the run but she had to stop and wait for me a bit. hills were hard and i walked a couple of steps which was very bad of me. attempted a smackdown when we hit the road but i'm not sure it was really that much faster. I went pretty hard by my standards and now i'm really tired and sleepy and have to go to work.

cycling 1:33:00 [2] 25.0 km (3:43 / km)
slept:11.0

ride into the city. tried to see how far i could get in 45 min and made it to the storey bridge, which on my crappy 10-year old malvern star mountain bike is a decent effort. this bike was like $100 new. quality stuff. hills worked my quads much

pilates/yoga 1:00:00 [1]
slept:8.0 shoes: nike air pegasus

tried out the new body balance class for free at the come n try week at uq sport. absolutely killed my quads and my abs. the dude who was taking the class kept forgetting what came next and we had to start over which was annoying. that guy can make you hurt though. and the stretching was pretty good and the balances made you work. good stuff

run warm up/down 25:00 [3] 3.4 km (7:21 / km)
slept:8.0 shoes: nike air pegasus

run from my place to the 'smashfest' at anzac park. I was already well smashed by the time i got there though from the long run on hills yesterday and the balance class earlier today. my legs would not work up the hills. my lungs were fine but my legs refused to work. quads just had nothing.

run hills 47:00 [4] 5.2 km (9:02 / km)
slept:8.0 shoes: nike air pegasus

this was super fun. i was sooooooo wrecked i would have been faster up the hills if i stood still and the hurtyness and exhaustedness in my legs meant i wasn't even remotely fast on the flat (which was basically non-existent) and the downhill. but like anna said i set my personal worst today so that the only way i can go from here is up right? didn't even have enough energy for the run home so i made bridgey drive me and kieran came along for the ride. thanks bridget!

run long 1:32:30 [2] 11.32 km (8:10 / km)
shoes: nike air pegasus

long run around almost up mt coot-tha but it got scary and then i got lost in moore park then up taringa pde and ran around anzac park for about 35mins where i met some friendly dogs who dirtied my shirt. i ran but via gower street which completely killed me and ran home via hillsdon rd. wasn't as stuffed as i usually get until the very end. got very wet in anzac park though

orienteering race 26:27 [4] *** 2.6 km (10:10 / km)
shoes: nike air pegasus

qld sprint champs at st peters. didn't even place in the 17-20E category. bahahahaha. running was better than it usually was but navigation is way rusty. didn't even know what i was doing for the first couple of controls. i think i need more practice before easter.
