Long run from Wendy and Lance's. I took it really slowly and only did a shorter loop on account of my arms felt like they were on fire and I was very tired. I went up the hill and down to Simpson Falls then back along the road. Time and distance are a guestimate. Then I had one of Rachel's yummy muffins to refuel.

River loop with Bridget. We were supposed to start at 7 but we left at about 7.30 and then Bridget got a puncture about 5 mins into the ride. We tried to change the tyre but my spare tube was too big so we had to wait 45 mins until the bike shop at Indro opened. Luckily there was a coffee shop nearby. we got the tube replaced by 8.40 and were finally on our way. Apart from a stop at southbank to have some of the best cupcakes EVER, the rest of the ride went smoothly. I got up the hill near the golf course that I can usually never get up too. And we got back only four hours after we left. I put intensity as 4 because it was 36 degrees and hot.

Turns out I'm even worse at night orienteering than I am at regular orienteering. It was scary but fun. I stepped on a toad, but there were no wolf creek men. I overshot no. 2 when I found a 'broken' fence and got confused.

I did some rowing at the gym. I started with a 5min warm up and then alternating 1 min hard and 1 min slower recovery. I was going to stay for much longer but the stupid gym closed an hour earlier than I thought it was going to. I'll just have to do more tomorrow.
