Red Squad training - snowed last week so it has been a shoulder season week without much training.

First two were a pretty good pace then started to get tired. Came late so didn't do any warm up really

Was working on flow around the controls (again) which went pretty well.

In looking over things, there were a few places I needed to be more careful - although only a few - and a few places where my route choice was not ideal. Maybe those should be things I concentrate on in training/races coming up
