Re-run of July 19 B-meet on Mt.Mac sheet (start and finish at Raven's Ridge). Felt pretty good, took some different route choices and went 20 minutes faster. But did I really find the control that caused me so much grief? I think so ... but not 100% sure I knew where I was.

Some light interval work - went hard for a few sections (3-4 times and waited until heart rate returned to below 140 before starting the next one.

Was working on leaning forward with hips, but that stiffened my back and stressed it a little. Could feel my core working more like that though.
