Missed 700 metres of warm up because the heart rate monitor didn't synch, so had to start again.

Was really concentrating on keeping core tight and leaning forward with my hips. Felt pretty good, didn't think I was pushing it that hard but was pretty spent by the end. I really felt it on Can-Can and think my run through old Rock Canyon was likely my slowest even, but we'll see. Pushed it just past the end of bouncing bunny to get a full 10 km run (not including warm up or warm down) Stopped very briefly a few times during the run.
