-20, but conditions felt way faster than a few days ago. Tracks were well skied in. Skied dog trail with Siya.

More classic skiing this week than all of last year!

Cold (-30) classic ski. Despite just waxing my skis with cold weather wax, it was very slow - freshly groomed but where there had not been other skiers, a hoar frost had developed on the tracks. Needed forerunners!. On Copper where they had only groomed one half of the trail, the side that was not freshly groomed was much faster.

Back was sore as well.

So not great ski. Record bad segments as recorded on Strava ...

Cold (-30) classic ski - Harvey's hut then Lower Valley, Valley connector, Copper and back. Went easy out of the gate and picked it up on the second half - was feeling pretty good, although still slow.

Every leg was faster than yesterday, with lower heartrate. So guess I was really was feeling better.
