5 cm fresh and so soft snow - really the running kind of sucked. Siya got scared because it was dark (?) and refused to come. Kind of a bust ... except that it was a beautiful evening to be on the trail and had a sauna after.

Evening ski, nice conditions, not too intense.
Have been stretching and working on my elbows and really concentrated on not reaching out with my arms and keeping my arms bent (so you can hold a pencil in the crook of your elbow as they say) - especially in 1-skate.
