Yukon 50 km ski marathon.

Felt much better this than two years ago. Took it out more slowly and didn't have that period in the middle where I suffered. Probably could have pushed it a little harder on some hills.

Talking to Jeff and Dave after maybe I should consider eating at the aid stations, all I had was gatorade.

Conditions were not super fast but good.

Happy with it. Took the past week off because my knee was bugging me but felt fine for the 50 km. Elbows were a little sore and couldn't use my upper body as much as I would have liked.

Perfect condition for Skyline/Fraser Loop & a little bit of the ascent trail (I cheated - just did an out and back to get the Air North Challenge control).
Nice easy ski with Siya - this is a good classic
