Something went crazy with my HR monitor at the start. Wasn't running that hard!

First forest O of the year - Forest and Darren set a course at Carcross.

First half went OK, then got tired and sloppy and didn't finish the course, just getting too punchy.

My goal was to stay in contact with the map - maybe too nebulous? Didn't really achieve goal.

But good to get out.
