First triathlon! Went well aside from biting it while running too fast down the steep (and rooty) trail section down to the lake.

Monday night training. Went well, was trying to keep track of the big things, only really messed up one control - and partially that was because it was in the wrong spot. Only partially, mostly it was because I was lost. Good training.

Trying out the triathlon route with Rosh and Leslie.
Sore throat and not feeling that great. And super hot. But riding actually felt OK.
