Evening run, felt pretty good (PB on bouncing bunny up) except I don't like running on Sarah Steel trails.

Had a map with me just to try and route plan while running. But grabbed one of the few 1:15000 maps lying around and found it quite hard. Will try again with 1:10000.

Plan was to keep track of the big features. Which actually went pretty well for most of the course. But like usual had one spectacularly bad leg where I was lost for over 20 minutes. Had a good plan but very poorly executed, thought there was a bench in a big climb and so ran right past the edge of the big climb where my plan was to turn. Didn't keep track of the big feature on that one, or rather misread the map into something that was very false.
